Well, this was a long time coming, but I finally finished going through the pictures I took at the DC breaks show on Friday April 4th. It was a really fun show for me and thanks to Robbie for getting me in with my camera. That said, I'm normally better about getting these out a little quicker, but I had a little bit going on this last week.

Hey guys, Little late getting this out. I've been pretty busy with some things lately so I almost forgot about this. Anyway, this weekend we got a double header at the Rex on Friday and Saturday and it should make for an awesome weekend. I'm planning on being at both, along with some other stuff this weekend, that might really destroy me, but it'll be the best kind of destroyed.
Friday
This Friday we got DC Breaks at the Rex in southside starting at 9pm. It's another 1337 event, which are always awesome. Looking forward to some more awesome UK DnB after a few weeks of not being at things. My camera is charging now and I will be good to go all night long. If you see me around and want your picture taken, don't be shy!
Saturday
The very next night, at the same place, around the same time, Bass Nation Pittsburgh is putting on a dubstep show featuring Pegboard Nerds. I don't know if I'll be able to bring my camera in, but I've been trying to get in touch with the promo guys so I'll know beforehand, if nothing else I'll bring it with me and if I can't use it, I just won't bring it in and enjoy the show like Shpongle.
Tekko
Tekkoshocon is also all this weekend and I'm hoping to stop by for a bit to take some pics, but I didn't realize it was this soon and I don't have a ticket yet. I also was too late to contact the press people to get that pass, so I might try to weasel my way into one, but I'll probably just use that time instead to recover from the night. and prepare for next week.

No Camera, No Problem /
This weekend capped off what was a very busy week of robots. It was my 6th or 7th year helping out at the Pittsburgh FIRST robotics competition regional and was by far one of the smoothest I have run. After taking most of Sunday off from just about everything, I got to see Shpongle at Mr. Smalls opened by Dust Dwellers and it really made a nice end to the hectic week/weekend.

I'm writing this now because I don't think I'll have much time later this week to do the normal friday thing. This weekend is Pittsburgh's FIRST robotics competition down at CalU where I'll be from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday night. It's a boatload of fun (and work for the Volunteers) that used to be held in the Peterson Event Center at Pitt.
